Update Your Charms Account Contact Information

Parents, please make sure that your information is up-to-date on Charms.

• Open the Charmsoffice.com website

• Click or hover over the Login button on the upper right corner of the webpage

• Select Parents/Students/Members

• Enter School Code (not case sensitive)

  • NBHS/NGC school code is unicornchoir (check spelling, all one word)

  • ORMS school code is ORunicorn

  • NBMS school code is NBraunfelsMSC

• Enter your student's password (this IS case sensitive)

  • First time users will use their Student ID, but will be prompted to change their password

  • If you cannot remember your password, click enter for instructions on how to reset the password and update the hint

• Click Update Info

  • Update all of the student information that you are able to edit

  • Scroll down to edit Adult Information and to Add an Adult.

  • Please update your interests in the Interstest box in the right column of the parent page.

• Don't forget to click  UPDATE  to Save!
