The NEW All-District Elementary Honor Choir
The All-District Elementary Honor Choir (EHC) is a large auditioned choir of 4th and 5th graders from all NBISD elementary schools. This prestigious choir is directed by Mr. Chris Thomasson and Mrs. Cathy Clark, award winning directors and long-time music teachers in NBISD. HOW DO I JOIN THE CHOIR?!
Auditions for NEW members for our Spring semester will be Tuesday, January 8th from 4:00–5:30 pm at the Ninth Grade Center (NGC) Choir room, which has its own ramp entry from the rear parking lot.
Students will be led in a pitch matching exercise, then sing “Happy Birthday” with another student in both a high and low key. More details are at UnicornChoir.org.

Our first rehearsal will be the following Tuesday, Jan. 15th from 4:00 – 5:30 pm.
ABOUT THE ELEMENTARY HONOR CHOIR
The EHC is a large, auditioned choir of 4th and 5th graders from throughout NBISD. We sing a concert in late Fall and late Spring, and may consider performances by invitation within our community.
Rehearsals will take place each Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm at the NGC located at Guenther Ave. and Butcher St. near downtown New Braunfels.
